| Passport Saturdays |
|
|
| What: |
Four Saturdays each year, the entire Santa Cruz Mountains appellation opens its doors to visitors. Just about every winery in the Santa Cruz Mountains welcomes visitors either at their vineyards and wineries or one of several participating restaurants. Several of the wineries feature special tastings, tours, food, art or music. Passport Days are excellent days to be out and about in the mountains tasting wine. |

4 times a year on the 3rd Saturday in January, April, July and November |
| Cost: |
$30 buys a passport from the Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association. The passport is good for admission and tasting fees at all participating wineries and restaurants. The passport does not expire, and can be used for tasting on future Passport Saturdays, and non-Passport days until it is filled with stamps from all the participating wineries. |

| Vintners' Festival |

| What: |
During the first two weekends of June, our appellation hosts its annual celebratory festival. This is the only event that outdoes the Passport Saturdays. Enjoy barrel tastings, food, music, art exhibits, winery tours, special tastings and more at wineries and hosting-restaurants throughout the Santa Cruz Mountains. Each weekend focuses on a different side of the appellation, with the eastern side wineries being open on one weekend, and the western side wineries on the other. |
